This week's famous Irishman is Horace Plunkett.

Sir Horace Curzon Plunkett
(24 October 1854 – 26 March 1932)
was an Anglo-Irish unionist, later Irish nationalist, agricultural reformer, pioneer of agricultural co-operation, politician and MP. in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, author and Irish patriot.
