AOH License Plates

Details and requisite forms for the new PA AOH Specialty License Plate are now available!

This plate will become your actual PA license plate and is not a decorative plate. As such, you must complete a PA DOT form that declares the vehicle your plate will be registered to.

A couple of considerations:
- joint owners must have both signatures on the PA DOT form.
- if you are using a leased vehicle you can obtain a plate - but risk losing it should you terminate your lease.
- if you want additional registration cards you'll need to add the per card fee to your total cost.
- you'll need the title number for the vehicle you are registering on the application. The title number is significantly shorter than the VIN.

Please contact Jim Williams, AOH State License Plate Coordinator, at 717.533.3879 for more information and he can send you a form.
