Vivaldi Choral Concert

Brother Denis Cunningham is back from his trip to Dublin and Lithuania about three weeks and wanted m eto apss along the following information.

The combined choirs of Good Shepherd and St Winifred's--with soloists and orchestra--are performing Vivaldi's GLORIA. Admission is free--but donations will be accepted for the parish food pantry.

You know what they say, "Singing to God is like double-stength prayer." You may think that listening to sacred baroque music in church on a Sunday may be the least sexy or aggressive pastime imaginable--and maybe just what the doctor ordered...anyhow--it keeps Denis out of trouble and could do wonders for you too.

To see Denis and his group perform stop by this weekend on 4/29/07 at Good Shepherd Curch on Braddock Ave at 3:00 p.m. Refreshments will be served following each
concert.
